E-Magazines 

The Library has moved to OverDrive and the Libby app for magazines. The way you log in will change, and you will need to use the Library Card Number and your library PIN. The magazine collection and borrowing rules will be the same. For a guide in accessing the digital magazine collection from the 18th May, see the guide below.

E-Books and E-Audio with Axis 360

The Library holds a collection of e-books and e-audio books from Axis-360, Baker & Taylor's revolutionary digital media library. You may borrow a total of  3 e-books/e-audio books  for a 21 day period. You may also place 'holds' on up to 4 items. E-books and e-audio books may also be returned before the due date. Search the "Magic Wall" by clicking on the e-books link. See the help instructions for downloading e-books and e-audio by following the link below.

Note: If you have registered on-line and received a temporary number, and you wish to access the e-collection, you will need to contact the library to receive a valid library number. Please quote your temporary number to library staff.

E-Books and E-Audio with Indyreads

indyreads provides access to a statewide collection of independent Australian and international titles, classic literature and modern award-winning titles in eBook and eAudio format. Access with your Library Card Number and PIN. Click the indyreads icon to go to the website.

Get the app for your device from your app store. 
   

 

Follow the instructions for the Indyreads platform for app and PC. Please note that the older Microsoft Internet Explorer browser is not supported.


eResources of the State Library of NSW

Your Nambucca Valley Council Libraries Library card can now provide access to the State Library of NSW online resources, including local & international newspapers, full-text journals, magazines, online databases, eBooks and eAudiobooks.

How to access:  Access the State Library of NSW online resources at https://www.sl.nsw.gov.au/ebooks, register and log in using your Nambucca Valley Council Library card number.
