Council offers emailed versions of Rates and Water Notices. If you would like to receive your notices via email please lodge your request through ‘Log a Request’

If you are experiencing financial difficulties due to the payment of Rates and Charges, you are encouraged to apply for assistance under Council’s Rates Hardship Policy(PDF, 169KB) on the approved Application for Hardship Assistance(PDF, 304KB) form
