Sub Soil Drainage Works Program

Council is carrying out sub soil drainage works across EJ Biffin, Macksville Park and Hennessey Tape Oval.

Drainage works have been recently completed at Macksville Park and upon easing of wet weather, a further site rehabilitation will occur.

Early next week, weather permitting, the junior and senior AFL fields and the athletics track will be closed for drainage installation.

Reshaping works will also be carried out on the junior AFL field. 

Following the completion of these works at EJ Biffin oval, works will be carried out at the senior rugby league field at Hennessey Tape Oval for drainage installation.

These works have been jointly funded by 2 state government bodies; CLIRP (Community Local Infrastructure Recovery Program) and LRCI Phase 4 (Local Road and Community Infrastructure).
